Hi,

 

I am starting a bulking cycle of 1500mg of Test E planned to run for 16 weeks and Anadrol 50Mg ED for 6 weeks. Currently weigh 96kg around 13% body fat. Diet plan below I am going to follow.

 

Any thoughts how this can be improved?

 

Meal 1 Breakfast

Whey 60 Grams

Orange Juice 250 Mils

It's fine he's having a protein oats meal for breakfast (which almost everyone does). Having a whey post w/o (which almost everyone does). Then just one extra protein oats meal. I wouldn't say its too much whey. Whey is cheap and a really economical way to get protein. Only thing I would suggest is to add some vegetables in, you want to eat some of those. Plenty of 'real' foods in there.

The whole thing has to be realistic, sustainable and not require a tonne of effort. If it's missing either of those then it's likley to fail. It's easy to put a diet and training plan on paper. Sticking to it is the hard part. If you can make it slightly easier for yourself by having less prep or abit of convenience then I'm all for that. It's not being lazy, it's being smart.
