Definitely not necrotic tissue or he'd be having it cut out. Scar tissue can build up in muscles just like it does anywhere else Around your body after repeatedly damaging it. It's likely to be due to the volume of oil and pressure as opposed to the needle itself. Also It won't be avascular, just dense connective tissue that has grown in place of muscle tissue and therefore doesn't look or behave like muscle tissue.

Yes I figured it wasn't necrotic or it'd be toxic. Just loads of scat tissue. Either way kind of ironic... loads of site injecting to increase certain areas and now can't make those body parts respond.

I saw an article with scans from guys who used loads of synthol. Changed the composition and had oil filled / infected bits years after? Seemed strange as I thought it would get metabolism tho I guess if scar tissue was prominent blood flow to areas could be impacted on??
