You eating breakfast these days Pseudo?

Had to be at work early today, so breakfast was a flat white, followed by an early lunch.

 

Speaking of which, for cheap entertainment, go to Subway and ask for a Chicken & Bacon Ranch Melt on flatbread. It's the meatiest option on the smallest piece of bread - the flatbread is the size of a serviette, and they fold it in half around the filling. Then ask for double meat and all the salads. As you go down the Subway production line, each person piles on more filling. When you get to the end, watch the expression on the face of the last person who has to fold a tiny scrap of bread around a mountain of filling. Hilarious.

i ate a massive as breakfast today well lunch really cos woke up at 12

 

half tub (500ml) choc mint ice cream first cos i forgot i had it then looked in freezer and thought chur im gonna eat this

 

then used 300gm coles extra lean mince, jar pasta sauce, and ate that on 1 cup raw weight rice

 

big break fast

gotta eat big to stay fat etc etc

Made my gourmet eggs that I make on weekends..

 

Fucked up this time so threw the lot and had a toast.

 

Made coffee but didnt have it.

 

1 up and go.

 

Iced tea.

 

Made my own homeade lewis road which is strong as f*ck in the fridge for later.

 

Nandos for lunch.

 

Tuna / rice 

 

protein shakes

 

etc.

atleast tell us what was in the nandos lunch and how much tuna + rice you had. what is "etc." and how many protein shakes.

 

how are you doing towards your fat loss goals these days anyway? progress pic or weight / measurements?
