food scales cheap i think i got mine for 7$ and they work fine for what i need, get some of those and start weighing raw weight of things, make shit easier for yourself cos ul learn to eyeball things (i can accurately measure by eye 200grams of meat to nearest 5-10 grams srs)

Well I obviously know what im eating, which helps me.

 

Posting the exact volumes of every single thing I have helps nobody but makes it very annoying and tedious for me to do when I already know.

Why do you even post what you eat then? The whole point of posting your food is so we know exactly what you're eating so that we can suggest changes etc. One of the most important factors of eating is portion size. Stop trying to be Azide, you're only making yourself look like a desperate idiot trying to be cool

i had a random breakfast today cos lunch meeting at restaurant so ate my usual lunch for breakfast .

 

1cup raw rice 

340gram canned salmon (big cans were on special so got lots)

 

was too much food so split into 2 breakfasts bout an hour gap in between

Weetbix and milk x 4

250g pasta

Can tuna 20g protein and 200g rice

Lewis Road Creamerey x 300 ml

its good that you're logging now you can actually get some useful input

try up protein a little bit, buy bigger can of tuna and include some protein with the pasta. how do you eat plain pasta? isnt it a bit yuck?

I had 

 

3 eggs, half cup of egg whites and about 50ml of milk mixed to make scrambled eggs, 2 slices of grain bread toasted then

 

2 scoops of whey, half tin of peaches and 1/4 cup of oats and a bit of water mixed together to make sluge then

 

1 cup brown rice, 185g tuna and about 1/4 of a bag of frozen mixed vegetables then im gonna have

 

200gish steak, 1 fist size potato, broccoli, carrots and 2 eggs

 

ill probably have another scoop of whey by itself later
