No I post in the morning and go through the day then I cbf logging several times a day but its actually good look at my journal im squatting heaps more

Yo Jizz i got a breakfast meal for you (also for the pussy viking who dont like mackerel  bitch)

 

One chicken breast from the mad butcher boiled. + asparagus/broccoli/coli/ whatever the f*ck vege.
 Get a plastic container that gives you aids - crack 3 whole eggs into it- add spices and herbs pussy- mix it all up with the chicken vege and microwave the aids out of it.
Then eat

if I can remember it was shit. 4 weetbix milk, pasta, burger, dumplings etc. Still calorie deficit but coulda done better eh.

 

Honestly need to spend more planning on what im gonna eat and not just go through the flow.

Doesn't seem like it, nah.

 

Calories, fats, and proteins seem pretty limited.

 

It looks more like a meal and a snack.  Is this for a whole day?

 

If you're still cutting, your caloric deficit is probably too high.  Better to make small reductions in caloric intake over time; both in terms of effectiveness and ability to stick to it.

 

Chucking some frozen mixed veges in your pasta wouldn't hurt.

Gyzzbrah, here are my thoughts...

 

2 weetbix with berry and 2 wheys shake

Not a huge start, but not bad. No fat.

 

300g pasta

All carbs. No protein. No fat.

 

2 egg on toast

Small meal, but good.

 

4 weetbix and milk

More carbs. Virtually no protein. No fat.

 

pasta with tuna can

More carbs. Some protein (still not a lot), maybe fat depending on your tuna.

 

shake

Virtually just protein.
 
 
Summary - your carbs are probably okay(ish), but you've got virtually no protein and no fat in your diet. As Hitro says, you could do with some veges and fruit too.

Breakfast: today I woke up pretty hungry.

Bruce Almighty fish cakes batch 2: 2 cans of 425 g home brand mackerel, boiled medium kumara, 1/4 boiled cauliflower, 2 eggs all mashed together with hot madris curry powder, fresh thyme, oregano and cayenne pepper.

+ 4 asparagus and 1/4 avocado.

Looks like shit but was tasty. Feeling #satisfied
