Anavar dose

Can anyone recommend what dose should be used for ripping-up using anavar? How many grams of protein should also be  consumed daily? Should anavar should be used ECA stack, or no need?

Presumably because doesn't wanna hit the junkie needle straight away. Anavar actually really effective hence it being dosed so low when it was first introduced. I prefer anavar over dbol. I may be a woman though

Dbol estrogesis too quickly and only bulks me up. Test makes you go mad, and I want to eat like crazy. I want to retian lean muscle mass whilst running on around 600-800 calories a day which includes arounf 4-10 kms jogging/walking per day.

80-100mg ED for male, obviously diet being the major factor!

Probably best to stay away from AAS all together mate and focus on a sound nutrition plan srs.

so wait!, you are contemplating using 'var on the same calories it would take to look like an AIDS patient -whilst running ffs !! what lean mass are you hoping to preserve, it sounds like you would have none full stop. I agree with Kiwi Cannon

I've used  20mg Pharm grade Var in the past 5mg tabs worked well considering i was running AAS along with it. 

 

Im assuming the OP wasn't using any other AAS if he was i assume again he would have mentioned this hence IMO he might as well run Var at the high end.

Ketogenic diet  - 800 calories a day - 10 km running and walking. No big deal. Ripping up  - and hyave been running regime for 4 weeks. However, I also need to maintain muscle density not just current lean muscle mass.

 

Anavar tabs, rather4 than injectibles. Anyone used anadrol?

Even on Ketogenic diet, need to be taking in more than 800 cals from proteins and fats.

 

If your wanting to cut, reduce the amount of endurance cardio your doing, do more intervals and run some t3 or clen.

dosage is respective of level, top end dosages come from health reasons,

 

100mg is top end because after 4-6 weeks bloods are significant.

Are gains also significant? I mean I'm thinking someone taking 100mg a day of anavar is gonna be a bit of a beast

I'm not really that big on orals personally, I'd take masteron over var anyday but cost isn't an issue for me. Winne is also much cheaper than var and the differences aren't that significant if you are a man. Everyone looks at toxicity on mg/mg dosages and see's var is much better, however recommended dosages between winnie and var it's pretty similar at recommended dosages.

 

Anavar is nice to clear up the end of a cycle tho,  DHT with a short-half life makes it easier to manipulate than masteron and I prefer it as a stand alone than winnie, while excess hormones clear.

 

I've maintained on 80-100mg Var + 500IU/4 day HCG. for 3weeks while away. Felt great, looked great, but didn't want to consume any alcohol while away and this can be a deal breaker for some people.

I'm pretty keen to try running var for 12 weeks. what sort of price does it tend to go for? I have heard its rather expensive. ;-)

I'm glad you felt good but really I asked if gains we're significant at that dosage.

that's relative to your baseline.

 

Someone that's never taken AAS before it will give great lean gains.
