I transferred my gym membership to someone else a few months ago and today I randomly checked my bank account and saw that Miada gym took some money off me! really disappointed this should not be a mistake! i would say its theft! i did not receive notice that they were going to do this! its just the fact that they took money out of my account secretly and randomly! :evil:

Sorry to hear, have you contacted Miada about it? If so, what did they say?

Could also be a good idea to contact your bank - I'm assuming you had a direct debit set up? Maybe you can get them to remove the authority Miada has to do this?

Probably a long shot, but is it possible that you paid quarterly and the transfer hasn't been processed properly, so Miada were just taking their regular payment? If not, as Drizzt said contacting both Miada and your bank are the best options.
