Optimal training times

I train early in the morning. Only because I tried to train after work, but kept skipping gym days because I was rooted and unmotivated in the evening.

Did read somewhere that before going to bed is the ideal time to work out as rest / sleep time is the time your muscles repair - BUT, I never post shit on Facebook - half my Facebook friends don't even know I lift heavy shit.

I find i like to start training around 10-11am if i can.

Somedays i can do this, due to being a student. The main advantage about training at this time is, there is hardly anybody in the gym, and im not tired  (as opposed to training late at night).

In saying that i had one of my best workouts lately after being awake since 5am at 9pm at night.

I think timely nutrition properly so you are adequately fueled for the workout but not bloated is also important, perhaps more so than the time during the day. Provided you are recovered.

And what's your sleep pattern like?

Anybody training very early morning for any reason other that time restraints is just a fucking show off wanting everybody to give them attention for how dedicated they are.

I do like showing off plus I have only my goals in mind too achieve nobody elses. Xfit bright early in morning and weight training 12 hours later in the evening I have run my body like this on an off for the past two years
