What about chronic fatigue?

I looked into that a little a couple of years ago, specifically as it related to long term shift work.  I didn't get much into the physiological processes impacted - just the headline list of stuff that goes to shit.

It's a thing, and diagnosable as such.

I'm waiting for your trap card next :P

The causes are too complex for me.

If you're saying chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is the exact same thing as adrenal fatigue, then why not just call it CFS?

Blogs and trashy websites present adrenal fatigue as something distinct from CFS, and any other diagnosable condition.  By their definition, there is no differential diagnosis for adrenal fatigue.  Just a list of symptoms that anyone with a job or family is likely to encounter, and their prescribed diet or lifestyle changes to 'treat' the 'condition'.

Does this explain it better?:  http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/addisons-disease/expert-answers/adrenal-fatigue/faq-20057906

I'm saying adrenal fatigue may be a component of chronic fatigue BUT I also recognize that it's almost trendy now to have some kind of fatigue or metabolic damage so that you don't have to feel bad cos you're eating donuts all day and too lazy to train :)

So harry are you saying its caused by low t or causes low t?

The chicken or the egg... which came first? To be honest I have no idea. All I know is that one of the symptoms of chronic fatigue is low t. I'd surmise that when you have low t that can lead to chronic fatigue but I have no actual idea.
