This site is cool imo, better than the exrx ones, simpler to use.

http://www.strstd.com/

input body weight, lifts (i used 1rms) and it rates you against standards (unsure where they get the standard numbers but look about right imo

just another thing i found during my day to day life of browsing the internet rather than actually doing work at work

im "intermediate" on all lifts according to this

not today

i do answer calls when they come in, and do what i need to do but i rather work real hard for 30 mins then lax for 2 hours, and repeat, rather than just steadily work through the day lol

call center ?

nah, but similar idea

jobs come in steadily through the day, i could deal with them one by one or let them build up while talking shit on here and browsing internet (like right now) then smash em all out at once when i get bored of internet

Too easy to be elite imo elite means elite. Go off the GPC table I think that's more accurate. Only has total scales though not individual lifts.

Powerlifting is about totals anyway.

I can think of 6 GPC nz lifters that are teetering on the edge of elite according to that that chart including you Realtalk and Leeroid.

yea that link is a joke as far as strength sports go, I like that gpc chart, good reachable target to aim for, it runs about 70kgs higher than the gpa(capo) one which i think is way way to low

once you reach "Elite" status in powerlifting is that the equivalent ifbb pro in bbing and warranting a name a FB name change?

Gym lifts diff to Comp lifts bro. Have to wait to day to see! I don't hope no one gets it before nationals either I want people to get it. I forgot about Dan H, he has been quiet. I think if he is smart he can get it. I think Dave will have him smart come Comp time, last year nationals was not smart. I Don't know Jackson or what he lifts, I know he used to post on here and train with Craig and Craig had some strong guys and he should be strong he been training for it for a long time.

Bring on the waikatos and aucklands. I'm excited as ever!
