How do you cheat

Personally I've tried it all when not competing.. Super strict no cheats, 1x per week, 2x per week, eod, every day, etc... Something I started doing before my prep which I think is beneficial is something will start doing again once my shows over. I stick to my plan mon-fri and fri night, sat night and sun big I will have meals off. Fri usually whatever I like eg burgers, sat usually meals w mates and commonly something not so dirty like nandos, Sunday is family dinner which is a roast or bbq with a huge bowl of desert or 3 made with love by my mother lol. This works well and I like to stick to this for a number of reasons..

1) saves money

2) stops me looking obese

3) I can keep my clean Cals super high

4) I know what's doinwhat when changes are to be made

5) general health.. Not healthy to eat burgers and fries every day.

If I start getting too fat or I want to lean up I simply reduce my carbs on the Saturday ane I generally lower them on the Sunday also. If I'm trying to get as big as possible I won't do this unless I'm gaining weigh comfortably on my general plan :)

Anyway thought I'd share that before I nod off to sleep as I know a lot of guys struggle with eating too much crop due to a lack of structure :)

i do this also clean as during week then eat with mrs and kids friday saturday sunday night but still get in my 6 clean meals as well

Yep, I'm slightly less structured, but it probably works out to much the same as this.

i am flexible like if the offer is there to eat with friends or a special occasion etc I will change them around or have an extra on.. This is just what I was doing the majority of the time. Was losing body weight at this time however in my pre diet, diet lol
