I doubt GW1516, being a PPARdelta agonist, would promote significant muscle growth in healthy male humans, let alone bodybuilders. PPARdelta is a potent stimulator of SIRT1/PGC-1alpha and as such promotes endurance capacity, mitochondrial biogenisis and opposes maximal activation of mTOR. As an aside, the ATR1 blocker telmisartan seems to have decent PPARdelta agonist properties if you did find yourself having a need for a similar product.
