It shows the other end of the scale of aesthetic lifting. He doesn't appear to be lifting for bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman or any sports. Lifting and using gear purely to look as massive as he can. Not that unlike a guy training for aesthetics so he looks sick on the beach or at a music festival.

Also 160kg at 6"2 looks insane

I pinned calves few times no drama then did it again and had to walk on tip toes in lots pain (on one leg) for 3 days. After that never again.
