DL from floor but straps allowed. Some earlier guys did hitch tho. Colm missed 362.5 above knees first equal. He was second in car walk putting him in lead after 2 events.

Kiwis killing it in amateur comps!

Olya & Sheena S won their respective classes, a couple of 3rd & 4th in other kini classes.

Kurt D placed 2nd, Jay M 3rd in their respective classes, some 4th & 5th places too.

Colm won amateur strongman comp.

Shaun K placed 2nd in his BJJ class.

Haven't seen too many photos (been a crazy day at work), but Kurt certainly looked in the best condition I've seen him in - possibly a little smaller, but shredded and dry.

Agreed, kurt did look good. Very hard to look competition good when you're out partying every weekend but looks like he brought it this weekend, so we'll done.

Awesome work by Kate Mitchell as Nate said. I watched her at a novice PLing comp last year and she had great raw strength, looks strong too. Awesome win for Colm, bummer the wookie couldn't get over there. I didn't watch any of it been watching cricket. but reading the results on here good enough for me, so thanks.
