I think 2guns has got the right idea, if your goal is to lean up it you might want to think about running a longer cutting cycle instead of a bulk and cut, up to 16weeks will work well for a cutting cycle.

Have you thought about Tren, Masteron, Primo, Proveron along with your test and winny? You may want to stay away from the winny if your elbows are still playing up?

If you are intent on bulking still, make sure you get those cal's in, dont be scared of a little dirty food, you have to be willing to put on a little fat at the same time to get the best out of your bulking.
