Appetite increasers?

He would be eating more if that were the case. Also he's struggling for 2.3kcal

If was eating McDonald's yeah.

2300cal is 5 muscle fuel meals if you are talking about clean food. I can grow off that it's quite a lot of food. Dunno where u all think u need like 6k calories from. Iv said it once already 1000cal from good nutritious food is worth alot more than 1000cal from McDonald's.

If you eat 200g protein from chicken a day or 400g soy protein a day what is better? The less calorie one obviously.

the pharmacist isnt going to inject you br0

Actually, some do. But I'm sure they'll charge more than $8 in that case.

TBH though, I wouldn't get your hopes up - as I say, if you're not deficient, it's probably not going to make a difference.

im eating at maint right now and struggling to keep that in nothing to do with not trying, i was forcing 3500+ cal in before all this started, that is way in excess but i was just wanting to get fat power lifter mode. i obviously damaged something dunno what it is metabolism , digestive system whatever... doctors think its all G and no point in bulking when at healthy weight blood test didnt show any issues which is why im asking here lol. no point wasting money shoving 3500+cal in right now because it all comes out anyway so keeping it light small meals spread through the day until i find a fix.

Try some probiotics

...

Have tried switching over to just sandwiches (way less calories so sucks, I'm indian I prefer rice lol) which didn't really help.

...

2 PB&J sandwiches 1,000kcals.  That's kinda a lot man.

Protein shake with oat bran and olive oil ~950kcals

If you are aiming for 2,300 then you're just a chicken and vege stirfry away from done for the day.

I'm pretty much saying you obv have fast metabolism so keep eating as much as you can and train your weight gain be slower but you probably aren't gaining much body fat. But yeah ideally clean foods are better when natural. When on gear u can grow off more things. I would keep cleanish but add sauces and mct oil etc to your meals to boost the calorie content that way you are still getting good sources of macros.

But I'm just a "bro scientist". Would go see a nutritionist like Leanne simays at transform gym in Howick she will get you results and won't cost much. Stay away from Internet diets people sell you they are crap. The same formula just doesn't work for everyone, I dunno how you can do a personalised meal plan or personal train someone you have never met. It's far from personal

Thanks for the advice mate, despite all this madness I still eat as much as I can and do my best to keep it in and just go in and train hard as possible.

Cheers bro, went in to pharmacy yesterday the lady told me in some people the injected form of b12 has some short term 'side effect' of increased appetite but probably not what i'm looking for long term. advised probiotics which i grabbed was just $36 for 60 day supply let you guys know how it goes after a week or so.

if the probiotic and continued eating of decent foods spread out through the day help me keep the food in then next step be get some jabs to help bring appetite back up to normal
