The bottom line though is that you are eating to accomplish your goals.  Willpower not appetite.  That's why it's hard.

 

For me, GHRP-6 had the ghrelin mimicking effect first use only.  YMMV.  It was fucking intense too.

From memory (and it could be wrong), I think B12 shots increase the appetite.

LOL i saw that other dudes post regarding appetite suppresants, entered the subsection off that and created a new topic. yeah just to clarify looking for OTC stuff or stuff that I can go ask doc to prescribe to me for the specific reason of helping one eat more food.

 

i'm not sure i would have much luck getting b12 shots? in my blood test the b12 result said something like 999 apparently it was the max, doc said it's from good multi vitamins

yeah bro i know its a lot of willpower involved, i eat the food most of the time the problem is that either while im eating it or shortly afterwards, the gag reflex is too strong sometimes releasing projectile vomits etc. i guess i asked for the wrong thing? don't necessarily need something to increase appetite but something to help me keep it in / disable that stupid gag reflex. i noticed it gets triggered way easier now when i'm brushing teeth, smell something weird or even drink more than a glass of water at a time

Eq/boldenone and b12. Injectable b12 is legal and "natural" this is otc med from Pharmacy. It isn't advertised but you just ask the pharmacists the assistants dunno what it is.

reckon its worth persuing b12 injection even if my levels are apparently the max that they can measure already? might ask doc about it next time i see him (will go again ask for more options if this keeps up for another month) boldenone not sure, wasn't looking for that type of medicines lol not ready to take that step yet

My Mrs' has super low B12 as her body cannot absorb through diet and has to IM inject it once a week. Helped her appetite immensely but she did have almost 0 in her body. Can also confirm Cannabis as an appetite stimulant, in fact by far the most effective I have ever used (if your into that sort of thing of course). Unfortunately only lasts a few hours.

I think it's probably the kind of thing that makes a big difference if you're deficient, but only if you're deficient. Having said that, there's no harm in trying it. A shot of B12 is about $8 - so if the prospect of pinning yourself hasn't put you off, the price shouldn't either.

You might just be overthinking things br0. Just cook better stuff and drink lots of piss water to expand your stomach and flush everything down. How many calories are you aiming for as well?

i would say weed like most drugs can bring out all sorts of shit if you're already cooked in the first place.

average person that isn't anxious etc no problems

for me if i get stoned i get anxious as, cough few times from big toke start thinking i got throat cancer then spend the rest of the buzz thinking im on deathbed hahaha

Chicken and rice is my main thing, I have it pretty much all day every day as it's easy to prepare and can get all kinds of variety out of it with minimal effort.

 

Have tried switching over to just sandwiches (way less calories so sucks, I'm indian I prefer rice lol) which didn't really help. Tried going a bit of junk food incase there was some random deificieny in my healthy foods no difference. Every now and then I'll have some curry my mum made but 90% of my food atm is meals I made myself because it's not full of filler crap so I know I'm getting in all my cals. 

 

I actually started taking in less water recently too because was going way overboard before, to the point where I was feeling dehydrated when I was on 5L - 6L daily lol. Now I'm just between 3L(non workout days) - 4L (workout days) , adding in some electrolytes from Nuun where required if I'm feeling partiuclarly hot. My home made crap was definately too low in sodium, I generally don't salt my foods that much because I don't likt he taste of it, not sure if sodium got anything to do with this issue though?

 

Right now I'm only aiming for 2300 cals a day, pretty much my maintenance  will work back up from there once I can keep this in... weights going down a bit but can't be helped, food needs to go in and stay in to grow  :-x

wow just $8? might go down to pharmacists and ask for a jab of it then wouldn't hurt.. as long as I'm not doing it myself I guess :P

Br0 before I thought you were going for way too many cals but now im just saying man up and eat. Fk your chicken shits gross. Just eat diff carbs and protein shakes and a bit of meat lol. And you been lifting longer than half the people here so man up and pin your vitamins yourself and get on gear asap so your lifting years:progress ratio becomes propper br0.

im eating at maint right now and struggling to keep that in nothing to do with not trying, i was forcing 3500+ cal in before all this started, that is way in excess but i was just wanting to get fat power lifter mode.  i obviously damaged something dunno what it is metabolism , digestive system whatever... doctors think its all G and no point in bulking when at healthy weight blood test didnt show any issues which is why im asking here  lol. no point wasting money shoving 3500+cal in right now because it all comes out anyway so keeping it light small meals spread through the day until i find a fix.
