hey guys, I finally went back to the gym and did rather piss poor effort in terms of weight compare to what I use to be able to do. Didchest with a friend and did X Y Z but went home during the night I was waking up to extreme agony in my elbow.

I think I injured this 3 years ago doing too heavy weights but am wondering should it not have healed by now?

 

Currently I can't flex nor extend from my elbow and I have no idea what I should be doing to aid with it's recovery.

 

Thoughts and perhaps suggestions on what I may have done?
