nah hold it in your mouth so nicotine absorbed through lining. i get dry mouth from it so not really dribbling heaps anyway only at start and my tolerance so high i never get hiccups or burning when swallow no homo

dendrobium is pretty good, was the active ingredient in Detonate, but you can buy the extract in bulk for 1/10 the price.

what do you think of duramine (phentermine) yee? just in general not necessarily in an appetite suppressing role

yeah stim/appetite suppresion

Nicotine 50-150mg/day, duramine (whatever you want 30-200mg just not consistently high dose), caffeine 300-1000mg (although wouldnt go high caffeine with high duramine), clen 100mcg. Orals will also wreck your appetite. I dont see appetite suppression as being good though. Just like that shit and try force self to eat. Chewing nicotine gum whenever hungry good way not eat.

2-3mg is what i was told. I never smoked though. Not trolling at all.

From what i've read the average cigi on the nz markt contains between 8-9mg but on average 1mg is absorbed.

 

If i was you bro i would lower your dose slightly, Obviously nowhere near as bad as smoking but there's still health risks( as with everything i know) 

 

i assume you're eating carbs with nicotine as well which can place extra stress on the pancreas. I don't know your family history your diet history but keep this up for ears and you most definitely increasing your type 2 diabetes risk!
