the belts that are specify designed for deadlifting by spud inc are Velcro, big stan the rhino rocks one of them, its mold to your body better than a thick leather belt

just wondering, what are the technical/specific differences between a deadlift belt and a squat belt? even seen bench belts for sale

do you normally have a squat belt tighter than a deadlift belt?

the dealift belt is made from a thick nylon type shit, it just molds to your body better apose to a thick leather belt, and you can set it to any tightness as its Velcro strapped,

the bench belts is normally a very thin belt just used to hold down bench shirts

yea I do normally have a much looser belt on pulls, just like the feels, easy to get down to the bar and full up a big belly of air
