  • 2 weeks later...

You wanna dick with that pop?

LOL, I just saw this, yah cheeky Viking. Honestly though, when I listen to heavy metal, I start feeling suicidal to the point where I feel like I want to start slitting my wrists with a knife or causing some type of self harm to myself. I just avoid listening to heavy metal to avoid such ramifications that I stipulated above.

A lot of people reckon a gym playlist has to be full of bass and that the songs have to be fast paced or very loud. I agree to that, but only to a certain extent. Sometimes my mood get's tired of that and I find some old songs remedy that problem. For instance 1 out of 6 songs on my ipod is a slow paced song.

I like no music or background noise. Best to train in silence :)

WTF, really!? If you have no music, all you can hear are those potty-knuckers in the background. I listen to music to block out those imbeciles and to help me get in the zone of lifting world. I remember training in silence a couple of times. Gee, did it feel awkward. Hearing those potty's breathing loudly and other potty's squealing like pigs. The worst one to hear is your own fart and all the potty's in the gym look directly at you, thanks to having no background sounds. Oh, and hearing your joints popping, I really dislike hearing that sound.
