It gets denatured upon cooking anyway br0

If you think a small peptide who's functions are insignificant / unknown to humans will even absorb in your stomach or exhibit any form of effect on your gains then you have sadly been mislead by internet bullshit.

Inb4 doing deadlifts to raise gh and squats to raise test.

To some point I agree with what you are saying. But, does a blender heat the egg enough to deactivate the avidin. Avidin blocks about 50% of the protein from being digested in your body and is known to cause high biotin deficiency. Biotin deficient people will get all or some of the following symptoms: malnutrition, rapid weight loss, hair loss, brittle nails, diabetes, and mild depression. It is also the reason why I choose to eat more yolk as it counteracts biotin deficiency, the yolk is nutritiously abundant in biotin. When I go on my egg diet next week, I would like to be able to blend some of my egg meals, as it's quicker and makes good recipes for smoothies. I want to feel good knowing I'm absorbing all the protein and not just 50% of it. But, as I am still unsure, I will be cooking my eggs and will not be blending them. By the way, Gyzz. I only read articles by nutrition experts and they are scientifically researched. It's not internet bullshit, as you call it.

does a protein shake get warm when you blend it? prob not so wouldnt imagine the egg would heat up unless you're one of the idiots that bought thermomix blender from infomercials

also ur overthinking the egg situation m8

If you use a blender long enough it actually heats the food a bit, but, is it enough to heat the avidin to deactivate it.

LMFAO, yes, you are right about my situation, I feel so homo-erotically attached to my eggs, there like my babies man. "Their my babies man!"

Hi Peepz,

I did start my egg diet on Monday. I have been busy at work and haven't had time to post. I done my weigh in on Monday morning and I got my bodyfat %. Unfortunately I still have not got my cholesterol check done. However, I am booked in this Monday to see my doctor.

On Monday my weight was 102kg and my bodyfat was a shocking 19%. I was gutted, as I thought it was 15%. Goes to show dirty dieting definitely let me down. After taking my photos I can see that I am looking teletubby in the gut area. This is why I want to try the egg diet. I truly believe I can live on eggs because they are one of my favorite foods and you can do many different healthy recipes with eggs.

Anyhow, I am nearly a week into my egg diet and my work uniform is already feeling a bit loose. I also feel healthier and more active on this diet. I will be posting my weigh in updates every 2 weeks. For my first one I will let you know this coming Monday and I will post my cholesterol check this coming week too.

My diet consists of a whole tray of eggs and some form of carbs for 3 of my meals. This week I cooked the eggs scrambled styles and added in veges like spinach, onions, capsicums, mushrooms, etc. At the moment I am only using 6 egg yolks and down the track I will gradually increase the yolk intake, only if my cholesterol checks will allow it.

This is an example of how my diet is running:

Monday I cooked up the eggs scrambled styles (tray of 30 size 6 eggs and only using 6 yolks), I added in diced, onions, capsicums, and cut spinach leaves and seasoned it with Greg's, lemon and pepper seasoning. I then divide this into my 5 of 6 meals.

Meal 1, breakfast: Egg and Oates with fat free apricot yoghurt.

Meal 2, gym pre-workout: just eggs

Meal 3, gym post-workout: Protein shake and 1x banana (this is the only meal I won't include eggs.)

Meal 4, just eggs

Meal 5, dinner: Eggs and x2 boiled kumaras

Meal 6, just eggs

I don't do any form of gym cardio. My full-time job is my only form of cardio, I do lots of walking and lifting.

How do I upload my photos from my computer?

Just a quick tip to help prevent an unnecessary tragedy ... keep your bedroom windows and door open at night so you don't suffocate on all the sulphur gas your body will produce.

LOL, I am starting to notice this. It's bloody putrid mate! Smells just like Rotorua.

Well, at least you're not having 30 whole eggs - which is what I thought you were talking about initially. That being the case, you might want to check out Zeagold's egg whites and How to eat eggs.

Note - that is not a recommendation to eat nothing but egg. Eggs are versatile, but eating ONLY eggs is just silly. Rather you than me, bro!

I do listen, Pseudonym. I really thought about what you said, about the time when you were eating 6 yolks a day. That's what made me decide to use my baseline as 6 yolks a day. Hopefully I can increase that number. I ain't eating only eggs, I am adding in carbs and veges, mainly spinach to give me the rdi of iron. I fogot to mention I have a cheat day every Saturday or Sunday, so life doesn't get boring and strict. Today I had Steak for breakfast, Hell's pizza for lunch, and just had chicken rolls for dinner. I do take Omega fish oils and vitamin c pills as well. Thanks for the links, they look very useful.
