I just did some research on this and have found that locking elbows at the top of the movement is debatable. Locking out in my opinion isn't good for the joints, especially if your lifting huge amounts of weight.

Also squats are bad for your knees and deadlifts will f*ck your back up no matter how good your form is.

this is why they are called deadlifts cos there is a reasonable chance that everyone that does a dead lift will wind up dead at some point in their life

Before I went out the door this morning went on to the house of travel website to have a look at the cost for a return plane ticket to wellys when I go back there in September for the Welly show 236 return. Went into house of travel after I was done training arms . Got told 236 return is the internet price and paid 39 dollars more which was cool with me . Got my flights direct to and from wellys which is good so I get there in plenty of time to get my comp food and carbing up food as well. Next on the supp list for my comp will be ordering cardio fire to help burn fat and stimming as well
