Hey guys 

 

Was just wondering if i could get some help on how to setup at strongman program or if anyone has a good template. I have excess to a yolk, kegs, stones, sleds, axle bars, log and so on. Any help would be great. 

 

Had a crack at some stone loading today, was good times :yes:
