When I was working there I trained at the Stadium - mainly Rugby boys there, no real bodybuilders/PLers. Out the back of the Stadium was an old 'weightlifting gym' which was pretty basic but apparently a few PLers/Oly lifters trained there.

City Fitness there was pretty average.
