What did big john DL?

 

310kgs, epic comp, good times!! next level stuff, must seen about 30odd of not heaps more squats and pulls over 300kgs, massive jackd beasts walkin all over the show, just crazy to be apart of, huge credit to the team who put it together!! and well done to our crew on some solid lifting!

 

only prob i see with it is there are just way way to many classes, for age and weight watering down the competition, over half the lifters had no1 to compete against, I just dont see why powerlifting cant be simple, 2 feds jackd/nattys - raw/eqip/ - 4 odd weight class u80, u95, u110, u110+ like they have in proraw in aussie, 3 ages jr, open, master, tooo ezy! 

 

here is a vid of my lifts, and also squats from dan green and Zahir i vedioed -  pretty happy how i went, not the best lifts iv dont but in these conditions i was pretty stoked!!

he was sick two days out - heat was a bit to handle for us all but he in particular was feeling the worst.  Still got up there and hit it like a champ though.
