Being held at Miada Avondale on December 13

24 Hour weigh in - Friday 12th at Miada 10am-11am and 5pm-7pm

Weigh-in 7am-9am Saturday 13th 

10am Lifting start

We will be debuting our brand new 27mm Okei Deadlift bar with loads of grip as well as our brand new calibrated Ivanko plates
