test e 500 mg cycle

Hey all,

 

Curious on your thoughts and experiences on a flat no peak 500 mg test e cycle for ten weeks, pretty basic cycle I know, however Im in the midst of a cut so Im wondering how this might play out, what benefits vs what negatives would apply based on said cycle

Havent taken gear in a decade, got up to 140 plus back in the day, however was a lot of bloat and water retention ( loved me some test bladders from the vet) however my muscle memory should kick in Im hoping, though on lower calories Im wondering if I should increase them some somewhat too. Currently in deficit by 800 a day, cardio 3 times a week, traiing 4-5 days a week. Curerntly 115 @ 14 % bf roughly.

If you've been off AAS for 10 years, you should experience considerable improvement if nutrition and training are optimal.. You should ideally be in a calorie surplus not deficit to achieve optimum results..

You may not be doing yourself any favours at 14% BF due to an increased likelyhood of aromatisation....

Didn't really experience any estrogenic effects back when I was jamming 1000 mg of test back in the day so perhaps I'm a tad luckier, or blind lol. I chose test e due to 1 it was all I could get and was cheapish and 2 due to its long Ester. I realised I should be in calorie surplus but I'm tryna cut down but preserve the muscle . I was planning to just go 500 from the get go and end on 500. Perhaps I need Winstrol instead at this stage, or up my calories and protein .
