is there a way to tell how much potential one has left naturally

and also is there a way to tell how much potential they have if they were to hop on juicie

 

 

dk if this is legit but this guy made incredible gains when he did lol

 

i understand its dose and strength of steroid depenednt too maybe,

many people like him make me really want to give it a go just to see what happens lols

No.

If everyone knew what their limits were no one would even bother training because you're never satisfied. If you know your limits then that means you have to be satisfied with that to train. I don't know anyone who is satisfied with their lifts or their physique. They might say they are but they ain't. Only temporary satisfaction, like winning a powerlifting Comp and getting pb total u are satisfied in the moment but for how long? Same as winning bodybuilding mr nz.

there is no limit. Always room for improvment and gains. I talked about this in my journal not too long ago.

Your natural? My god that was a surprise!

Guys name is bostin, was lifting for years and taking gear before that video but had family issues for a long time etc and decided to get back into it. 1 year blast with 13 different steroids + slin, gh, fat burners etc.. probably not the best representation for most people lol. I remember seeing a video discussing a study done that correlated certain joint sizes, weight etc with max muscle potential. As far as im aware it's only a correlation and idk if its accurate or not.
