Yeah I used to do it.

For powerlifting, it is an incredibly shit program that does not even mention the word progression in it's writeup. On the other hand if you do bodybuilding I guess it could be cool considering it varies between heavy and light etc, so gives you a good variation to look foward to. Only downside imo is that there is a retarded amount of excercises and too little volume for each one, also some unnessary movements that do nothing. Give it a go I guess, see how you like it. Maybe start up a journal If you havent already, will be cool (:
