You'll be fine... it was my first comp, it's a great way to start.

There'll be heaps of people there to give you a hand, and to give you hints and tips along the way. 

If you can, hang around for the RecordBreakers on the Sunday - see some men and women break NZPF National Records :)

Hi All,

 

Been pretty busy with this comp so sorry about the delay in getting things up we have quiet a good field for Saturdays comp with 70 lifters 20 Females our biggest yet of female lifters I have attached the lifter lis and the T Shirt designs also a link to the live feed
