Critique? Supplements advice?

Hey guys been lifting for a couple years now. I'm on my 6th week of my cut and I'm feeling tired all the time. Can't get much sleep as well. I go to bed at 10.30 and wake up at 7.45 and still feeling tired. Any supplements that can help me? My work is partly physical. There are days where I do a lot of physical work; carrying heavy gears while walking/climbing up hills. There are times when I'm just in the office.

I'm 27 years old, 178cm and 82kg atm.

Check you're not undercutting your calorie needs too much. Use calculators like those on IIFYM.com correctly and make sure you give accurate estimates of your daily energy output. You can also adjust your calorie level if you happen to have a week where you're more active by changing your estimate. Start with a lower defecit (i.e. a 200 calorie defecit) and you can progress this over time. Rather than all of a sudden dropping 500 cals - you're bound to feel shit and it won't neccessarily make you drop body fat any faster.

Due to the nature of my job, it's hard to estimate how much cals I need daily. I usually just add extra calories if I more physical work. I've only lost 2kg in 6 weeks and that's including the water retention from the carbs/creatine. I stopped creatine and lowered my carbs...

The pic I attached is 1 month difference..

Well, you can see the difference in your before/after shot, so you're definitely making progress.

I usually just add extra calories if I more physical work.

That's exactly what I'd suggest. Like Dinah says though, if your base calorie level is too low, that's not going to help. What's your calorie intake on a non-physical day, and how much extra do you add if it's a physical one?

It's hard to know.. physical days varies too much. I usually eat around 2.3k calories. I don't think I'm under eating because I've only lost 2kgs in 6 weeks which is ideal pace. I'm getting stronger in the gym as well.. but can only tell if I didn't had a physical day at work.
