Funny you should mention that, Pseu... there's the Hawke's Bay Champs this weekend in Hastings

Oh, and the awesome BledisBro on Saturday 22nd November, backed-up on the Sunday 23rd by the RecordBreakers - an official NZPC competition where national records can be broken.  Both are at Powerhouse Gym in Wellington.  That's going to be an EPIC weekend of lifting.

Cheers Realtalk, there were some good battles 2;5kgs separating 1st and 2nd in a few classes, all came down to the Deadlift

I will throw up what we have coming up it gets quite this time of the year with Worlds on so a lot just have a end of year comp.

I have to say I enjoy watching Michael I lift, he is effortless.  What a champ!

Those are the best ones where it's neck and neck battle and comes down to final deadlift. Love being at those kind of comps watching must be even better competing.

Asia-Oceania Powerlifting Federation Champs in Melbourne 7 - 14 December.... Expect to see a 400kg+ raw squat from Jezza Uepa of Nauru.

I knew I could rely on you powerlifters to have loads of events going. The bodybuilders are all too busy getting ready for the beach now.

True. I'd like to come along to see you guys at the Nationals, but that weekend/week following is when we've pencilled in the changeover to the new site (note I say "pencilled" - don't hold your breath...) So I'm probably going to be locked away, frantically trying to get everything finished in time. We'll see how it goes.
