Crossfit cycle

Was wondering what would be a good idea for a cycle for a person who is looking to compete later on in crossfit? Trying to get as much recovery and endurance as possible while still being able to lift big amounts of weight for Olympic lifting. Have done a few cycles a year or so ago but havent touched anything in about 18 months. 

I was thinking something like test and boldenone, dosed at 200mg test and something like 400 to 600 boldenone, using both for 16+ weeks, Having something like arimidex or aromasin on hand for estrogen sides, then just a basic nolva pct (20mg for 4 weeks). Keeping the doses low to hopefully dodge bad pumps, but still getting the recovery and endurance aspects. Have had experience with test, not with boldenone.

What do you think about this type of cycle for a person who is doing crossfit, is there anything you would change/add in/remove? Interested to hear your thoughts, havent had anything to do with this stuff for a while.

Lots of regional competitor guys use test prop or low dose test e, Stan tabs and RC peptides. Not lots of gear because you don't want to be too heavy and too much gear just make your lower back and other body parts pump up and unbearable to move.

But yeah lotsa ppl using it.

What he said.... But I'd be cautious of winstrol long term due to its negative effects on the integrity of connective tissue...

lol, how about eq for endurance/ cardio aspect?

There was some bro-science put about regarding Boldenone alone increasing red blood cell count therefore inducing greater indurance capabiliy, I believe most AAS increase red blood cell count.. Most of the testosterone's ie: test, boldenone do seem to increase endurance. 

unlike tren which appears to be a mild-anti-progestin, showing all the signs of lower progesterone including reduction of body-fat and pulmonary stamina. 

Boldenone at 400-600mg/week works well for me, due to longer ester double the initial dose frontload could be employed... I've not experienced a debilitating pump from Eq'....

Only use an anti-e if necessary..!!

A good program benefit you more to start off. if you havnt already get someone in Aus or USA online to do your programming. They send you your weeks training each week and you do that and let them know your lifts and times at end of week. And when your comp is and they peak you for that

its money well spent.

If your strong Which I assume you are from your first post you have big advantage as easier to learn movements, skills and get fit than it is to get strong. Easier to get a big strong person fit than a fit skinny person strong.

And its not all about gear, my gfs brother is 100% natural (I'm not bullshitter) and he come first in Australasia in last wod of open this year, just won the lb for lb online comp and will probably win the final for that in Hamilton next weekend. Crossfit has so many variables that using ped is only giving u a small advantage whereas in bodybuilding or powerlifting it give u huge advantage because the scope and objectives are narrowed down hugley in comparison. Your training program is everthing.

rich frowning, Jason Khalipa etc are freaks your either a freak or your not using gear not gonna bring u even close to them... That's like me wanting to be like dan green.... It's just not gonna happen no matter what. It's not about doubting yourself it's just being realistic.

do some comps without gear first bro, you might do real well without it.

Thanks for the replies. And yes I know to use an anti e only if necessary, probably wouldn't even need it with low doses but would have one on hand. 

 

realtalk- yeah I agree with what you say. A lot of guys seem to do well with no assistance, but think I might take that route anyway, maybe just at doses of just test at 250 a week (250 enanthate or 75mg prop eod) would have to see if I can even get either of them.

 

i presume orals would be a bad idea due to pumps?

From my own experiencs, eq definately helped with endurance and cardiovascular capacity, dont quote me on science coz im about real life experinces, but 800-1g of eq of definately worth while.  Anything less than 600mg is hardly noticable imo, only bad side i can think of is that it kills my libido the most out of any compound.

nobody going to mention clen? I find I breathe much easier when doing cardio or high rep sets so im sure it will applications to crossfit

bro u have heart attack lol 

albuterol makes more of a improvement cardio wise than clen imo and dont get that feeling like youre going to pop something
