Hey Guys, Last night i watched a fascinating Doco on this dude from Sweden, Insightful, weird, and sometimes intense.

Some of the workouts looked epic and dangerous, he definatley pushed the boundaries in training and life.

I watched it about 8 years ago. Amazing.

Btw, the drugs and vitamins was likely just messing with peoples heads. He obviously did use AAS though.

The story of Bruch is that he was left off the Swedish Olympic team because he was deemed too old. In his fury he got better, throwing the best throw in the world and the best ever 10 competition series. Amazing, crazy, brilliant man.

 Thankyou Wookie!! Also what was that machine he was using to benchpress?, obviously it was measuring how much  force in kgs?, and then theres another scene where he appears to be bench pressing and he is  pushing/exerting so much force he blows a blood vessel in his nose?, the blood just gushes out...Freaky..
