Body sculpturing

Hey everyone my name is Jay I m an absolut fitness junky. Probably like everyone here :) Long story short I would like to start body sculpturing and if possible take part in some competition! But I m like a new born to this whole world of bodybuilding and weights and would more than appreciate every tips and tricks you guys could share. Or for the start how do I start? Where do I find the right trainer, plan, diet ? Help pleaseeee

Hi Jay congratulations you have made a good choice of sports, there is a lot to competing and it will benefit you to plan well in advance of your competition.

Off season nutrition is almost as important as the precompetition diet, and the other important thing is consistent training.

If you are looking for a trainer then look for one who has achieved results consistently over a long period of time, Aylmer Porter takes a lot of beating, his contact details are on the bottom of the home page of this site.

Who ever you chose make sure you get organised well in advance of your planned competition so they can get to know your physique and history, it helps them make good decisions regarding your training.

Anyway good to have you on the site, perhaps you can creat a journal to track your progress.

Thanks for the info I found someone I gonna meet her next week and gonna get started I m very excited and hope she is gonna be the right trainer for me. I m also  planning on putting up a blog from the start to the end :)
