Hey everyone, new on here but help/opinions by more experienced people would be greatly appreciated :)

Currently I am 34weeks pregnant (second child) but have kept up a good fitness and nutrition regime to make sure bub receives the correct nutrients it needs to be healthy whilst not over eating and keeping within the recommended calories per trimester. Before falling pregnant I was super fit and keen to get into body building/sculpting but obviously didn't quite get there!

What I was keen to find out is if there were any other ladies who have had children who got into this industry not long after baby, what is the best/safest supplements to take while breast feeding or is it better to wait until I have finished breast feeding to really get into a good fitness/nutrition programme to eventually compete? Also, we are currently residing in Blenheim but want to move back to Queenstown sometime next year so does anyone know anyone good to talk to about getting into bodybuilding/sculpting either here or there? Also at comp time, what is the difference between bikini, fitness etc catagories? Probs sounds like a silly question but I don't really understand how they are all judged within the women's categories?

Thanks for taking the time to read my post, it's a bit of a novel but any thoughts or links would be fab :)

Big questions really, l got into gym snd body building when my daughter was only 3 months old and still breast feeding, the bottom line is good food will supply all you and the baby need, there is no nagic recipe but if you keep to good nutritional guidelines you cannot go wrong.

Bidy fat levels and muscle size and condition pretty much define the categories, bikini competitors carry the highedt level of body fat, then model classes, then figure, then body building.

NABBBA website has an excellent description of requirements in their Rules section

Good luck and enjoy your new baby
