Who is the fittest AllBlack!!

Define fittest? As far as cardiovascular endurance/capacity

all blacks fitter than nrl/international league players.

all blacks sevens players are fittest, Gordon tijetens has fittest players.

nrl game is fastest and more minutes with ball in play. But they have interchange and most players on field walking on offence and jogging back on defence.

rugby union players run across and up/down field... League is mostly up and down the field.

that's my observations.

Rather watch a nail biting all blacks game than a nail biting warriors game.... f*ck warriors piss me off. That tomkins is fucking hopeless!!! Get rid of the prick, that last game he playing on ice! Slipping over Everytime he gets the ball... Makes me so madddd! Warriors have no superstar players they have star players. They need superstar players. Superstar players are billy slater, thurston, Haynes etc who when they get the ball u expect them to break open the game... Johnson, hurrell etc when they get the ball you hope they will break the game open.

Warriors are shit bro hurrel shit too no brains, no skills... He a good reserve grade player. Warriors supporters are mostly brainless idiots... I gone to a few games and at end my brain hurts listening to them all yelling and yahooing.. Only reason they like hurrel cause he "runs it straight bro" and "smashes them cuz" lol

Yep have to agree, even for his relatively (IN terms of the game) older age i must say hes def still on top of his game, amazing though after going through all the motions of the game they have this ability to step up with 20mins to go and basically just run other top international teams ragged...cardio/conditioning a massive part of there game.

I remember listening to a interview of Nic Gill who is the strength and conditioning coach to the All Blacks. Talking about the beep test he said Conrad Smith was head and shoulders above everyone else. McCaw was second with another player who I cant remember off the top of my head. He spoke very highly of Smith and his dedication to training and self motivation.

Sam Tomkins did alright this year being his first year in the NRL, its a big step up from the English league. I can't see the warriors getting a australian "star" player in the near future, spending that much money on Tomkins (who was unproven in the NRL) shows that they struggle to attract the big names already in a NRL team to come to NZ even with big money on the table.

When I saw some testing scores I probably shouldnt of, (few years ago now), Ritchie was the #1 on the testing scores (cardio/recovery). In comparison to the best guy at the time in the HB squad he was a fair way clear, and from what I saw the HB player was insanely fit.

Ritchie has got to be a genetic freak in that respect as well as a freakin hard trainer.
