After taking part in my first comp on Saturday, I reflected on my journey so far. So below is the first pic I ever posted on this site (the start of my journey) and a photo taken on Saturday. Kinda like a then and now....

This is what Body Building is at its best is giving people the skills to change their physique, and those skills will last a lifetime. You may chose to continue and get involved in the competitive world or you can chose just to get yourself in great shape, which ever you want.

It will be good to follow your journey to the Pans next year I think you said.
