I hate it when I am trying to take a poo in a public toilet and then I hear someone else in the stool next to me making a call to pizza hut ordering some pizza, hate it because I am on low carb because I am at work

 

I also hate it when I am on low carb and my friend calls me asking me to give her boyfriend a bath, I tell her to give him a bath herself but she doesn't want to, it rages me because I am on low carb while I am on low carb

One thing about this thread that I have started contains foods that I have been missing for the past    Few months and soon will be able to enjoy after nationals . Which taste very nice and rewarding as well after months of hard work.

Your doing it hard aren't you mate.

Those type of foods that have been mention in this thread will be having them once a week as my weekly cheat meal during off season.

Isn't that low carb anyway?

I would still class it as off season food

Too much brine and sodium ay

All foods I would class as off season foods aside from any supplement that will help when one is prepping for nats such as red seal multi from centre city new world or fish oil from gardens new world.

Im confused.. so are you doing low carbs and High Fat / Protein, or low fat and High Carbs??

Or do you pretty much eat nothing at all? in that case your low fat low carbs, as well as taking low fat and carbs, and being on low fat and carbs.

In that well done and good luck to you and reble and flamme for not putting up with Asided and Tomsaces comments and sticking with your diet. Good luck for the nats Ratty Bibby!
