advice for 1st time ever using, with test cyponiate

hi, i have 2 vials of test cyp whats the way to go about it how often, how much, etc, and pct cycles.

just want to know peoples opinions as ive looked on google a variety of different answers. but pritty much go 500mg to 1 g a week, then take nolva as the pct cycle....?

1ml 2 X week.. Test Cypionate... Last few days of course AI to lower Estrogen... PCT = clomid 25mg/day for 3 weeks... Nolvadex after Clomid for 4 weeks at 20mg/day.. AI last few days of nolva... Off.... And stay off for at least 6 months to allow HPTA time to fully recover...

I'm pretty sure you'll find that if you show that you've atleast done some basic research on your own people will be more than happy to help you, no just buy some gear then post on here and expect us to tell you what to do.
