Brought a new phone its on its way from China at the moment LOL. 

Brought it from DHgate.com the old HTC One V is battling at the moment. Has anyone heard of this phone before ? It states it is an Octocore and has a 2Ghz Ram not sure if factual as phone was only $260 NZD wasn't keen on spending $400 NZD for a S3.

Also has a sweet selfie camera to make them selfie much easier to take, prepare you news feeds. 

Will post a review wheather it is a potatoe or not.

I had a look at those phones too. Was very close to chosing one. Be interested to see what its like.

Runs on MIUI Android rom. Had no problems on it. Dont regret buying it - chinese phones have come a long way from the early clones the once made. Im sure yours will be good too

Not sure bro, I'm getting a iPhone 6 next year through work but need something to tie me over until then. Besides I don't like iPhones too.

Phone arrived about a week ago. 

Good condition and is running fine no complaints at all, although it is pretty massive makes mutli tasking challenging as it barely fits in one hand. 

It seems to be really fast and the test buttons are a reasonable size which is a must if you have fat arse fingers like myself. 

It came with two covers and a screen protector, so no hassle finding that stuff. Seems to work fine with New Zealand networks tried a vodefone sim and a skinny sim both worked, also the pictures and videos it takes seem to be quite high quality also. 

overall rate it a 8/10
