Eat heaps of nutmeg (several tablespoons) . You'll lose heaps of fat

Rotten bastard... You'll send him into an unpleasant psychedelic trip that could last days...

Agreed. Guys, that's not funny, it's just mean.

Gym Rat, leave the nutmeg alone.Ā  It's not going to help you at all. Cinnamon's good though, and I go through buckets of Masterfood's Italian Herbs and Seasoning.

Wouldn't have mattered anyway, refined nutmeg you buy in the shops does nothing, you need whole nutmegs that you have to grind them down yourself. He just would have had a shit meal. So a friend tells me.

I been loving jabanero and tabasco sauce recently. Also chilly powder, tumeric, cumin, mustard seed, ginger, and garlic are the shit ratty. Add them to the oil heat before you start cooking. By the way, where do you work?

I work at world fitness Dunedin friendly gym

Try this recipe Gymrat and others - would guess approx 100 calories with sauces/garlic ginger. Tastes awesome

Based on Thai stir fried fresh ginger with chicken

Olive oil in pan, add some cloves of garlic for a minute- chuck in 400gm chicken and cook, when almost done add Oyster sauce 2 Tbsp, light soy sauce 1Tbsp, and some ginger (2-3 Tbsp). Optional 1/2 Tbsp salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar

Veges can add while cooking are spring onion, mushrooms, 1/2 red pepper, 1/4 Onion. I just chuck in frozen veges whatevers in freezer.
