no smell ?

hi, i have just started a cycle and its only my 2nd time. first time, i used nandrolone and sustanon, they had a strong aroma too them and got good gains. i just started 2nd cycle but a different brand, nandrolone again and test enanthate but have noticed no aroma to them at all. is having no smell to them normal ? any help would be greatly apreciated.

Its the solvents that have the smell. probably has low level of ba or doesnt use bb etc where your last lot might have?

This may be a silly question, but how do you go about smelling your gear?

Surely if it's safe to use, it's going to be completely sealed in its vial. Even when you draw the shot, it's not exposed to the air. When would it ever be open for you to sniff it?

it was sealed etc. maybe after the top been pierced and little oil left on rubber you could smell it. cant explain other than that

The tiny drop of oil on top of the rubber had occurred to me, but if that's all it was, the smell must have been pretty potent.

I dont know anything about no gear smells but chemists do often note the fragrance of different compounds and use it to help distinguish them in the lab, hence aromaticity. They love it.

test powder has a sweet musky smell, is that what you were smelling? i have handled a number of tesosterone esters and they all smell teh same to me. i cant recall smelling that same smell when i had a beaker of 100ml at 200mg per/ml cooking and i got plenty on my hands etc.

pain in the arse trying to squeeze that much through syringe filters, vaccum filtering all the way.

yeah could describe it as a musky smell. wasn't a chemical smell. maybe made from the test powder, as it was a nz product from what ive heard

Its the ester chain that gives the molecule its smell. I remeber playing around with butanoate at University the stuff smells like vomit! and ethyl butanoate smelt like pineapple.

 Different esters are more likely to have "different" smells not a "strength" of a smell lol. Though I  havent sniffed any test. Theres differences between the esters other than just length of them, the more different they are the more different they will smell (probably).
