Mate you need to take a day off and just relax . If you dont you'll probably flip your lid and go on a shooting spree or something. Surely a day wont hurt? Hanging out to see the new Gymnation though.

Not the Rainbow Warrior, but close... HMS Canterbury up in the Bay of Islands. It's always a cool dive, but seeing they had dolphins as well was just rubbing salt into the wound. FAAARK!

That was the plan, but it just didn't happen. The company that's building the converter to migrate our data into the new forum kept assuring me it would be ready tomorrow, then tomorrow, then tomorrow... Trouble is, I'm back at work next week, so I think the migration will now have to wait till Fri night, so I've got Sat to finish it. It's a nuisance, but at least the converter should be completed by then (I just won't tell the developers they've got an extra week!)

Well, if you're going to be pedantic about it... Is it actually still HMNZS? I had a feeling it had to be an actively in service ship (ie, not scuttled on the bottom of the seabed) to qualify. And yes... you are a dick.

The good news is this weekend looks like crappy weather, perfect for staying inside and taking a website live. (Hahaha! Oh, how I jest... What's the bet it won't be ready this weekend either?)

Meh. That weather wasn't so great - I've seen better. I was much happier being indoors.

 

I really thought we might get a new site this weekend, but as you may have noticed... we haven't. We ran another test migration on Saturday night, and although it showed most of the big tricky issues have been resolved, there's still a couple of things that need fixing first.

There's a small possibility the developers can fix and migrate us during the week, but realistically I think it'll be next weekend.

I thought the weather on sunday was great
