"supplement" advice

Hi all, new here and hoping to get in touch with someone with a bit of knowledge who would be happy to share their info with me. Read a whole bunch of articles onine but dont know how applicable they are to NZ due to what we have and havent got here. Would love to hear what worked, what didnt and what youd do next time, any help appreciated. thanks in advance.

thanks for your response. Been training two years, really only seeing 'decent' results recently as i half half an idea of what im doing compared to when i started at 16. Currently got Whey (warehouse has a good deal on shutgun whey) which i add BCAA. Taking creatine (didnt bother with loading as it never seems to make a difference whether i load or not. Fish oil twice a day. Looking for a wee boost but would like to hear some advice from someone whose been there. Not keen on those sides were always told about. Have no idea whats available round here.

In terms of using steroids, if you are going to take the leap do to do it, make sure someone can give you advice. its not complicated at all but someone has to show you how to inject how long to run and what to do if you encounter sides etc.

Test e 12-15 weeks 250-500mg per weeek or if you cant bear the thought of injections a 6 week cycle of either anavar, dbol or something like tbol.

Guessing you'll be the one to give him his first needle considering your all about giving this 18 year old advice on some roids

 

My suggestion is you work on your diet. Know how many calories you should be taking and what types of foods you should be eating. You won't gain without proper nutrition... As for supplements. 3000mg of fish oil a day. A good multi vitamin. Some whey isolate for during the day and after workout and a creatine drink before training. Remember to have a pre workout snack as your body needs carbs to fuel the pump. If you are training on an empty stomach your body will burn the muscle to fuel the workout. So it's always important. And so forth after workout a small snack after your protein will replenish the carbs you have burnt during exercise

if your wanting to put on size then I recommend you train hypertrophy at 10-12 reps per set. Get plenty of rest and train hard. If you struggle with a routine then have a PT session.

 

your first few years of training should be the biggest years in the way of gains you'll see so capitalise on that before chucking a pin in your glue or an oral down your throat

He is clearly talking about using steroids.... so many times young guys come on here asking for advice when using steroids and they get told stick with creatine, wait 4 years blah blah fucking blah. At the end of the day 95% of people that want advice on using gear are going to use it no matter who tells them they are not ready to.

Guidance on how to effectively and safely use gear is better than being told youre too young and to eat more chicken.

Im not making a judgement call on this chap but some people are more ready at 18 to use gear than some 30 yr olds...

I'm a cop, I don't want to leave the office today so I thought I'd see if anybody wants make for an easy target. I'm not going to make this month'd quota otherwise. any help appreciate. We can make a plea deal so it won't incur jail time, most likey just home D or extensive community service

Great. Next you could read the rules you agreed to on registration. Or perhaps the pinned topic at the top of the Steroids forum. The rules clearly say "no fishing", and you are on very, very thin ice here. I'm locking the topic.
