i went to last nights show, only every been to the early stuff before.and not for several years (2007)

I thought the recent ifbb comp I saw was confusing being so different to the nabba format.

But this almost was just confusing as well with so many divisions, that many could have been in several, or pehaps done better in another.

end results the winners looked very deserved and well done

anyone got a simple link to the divisions and how they are set ? as a matter of interest
