I'm wondering what everyones ultimate mass building stack would be? Obviously you need the right diet in place

before you even think of supplements otherwise it's a waste of $$.

I can purchase supplements for half the price they sell on the net for.

Yeah sure diet is important and all... But mate, If you wanna get some serious gains, you gotta put in some decent investement in quality supplements, nobody said this would come easy or cheap. That being said, I wouldn't really bother with supplements unless I was really dedicated to getting gains, but Im sure you are. So, In that case, the best supplements that you can stack together for an optimal anabolic effect are:

  • BCAA's - These interact with Co - Enzyme Alpha 6 Receptor MD5# to regulate the homoautonomous decadrolvarstrol receptor, thereby resulting in Aromatasing effect on the gonadotropin. In short, anybody training hard in the gym MUST take them or your body will release cortisol, destroying your gains before you have a chance to drink your protein shake.
  • Whey Protein: While it's important to have chicken etc, whey protein has ALL the esential amino acids in a specific pattern which can stimulate homeostatic leucine synthesis, ie gains. I would recomend Platinum Hydro Whey by ON for the serious training athlete. Because, it digests within minutes, and we all know, if you wait more than 37.8 minutes after training, your anabolic gains go away.
  • Pre workout - MusclePharm Assault XT, for it has many ingredients to help you, like research supported tourine and glycine, as well as fast acting carbs.
  • Creatine - you want to be as strong as you look, don't you now? Stay away from monohydrate imo. I had the best gains with creatine decanoate, by muscle meds. They sponsor kai greene, so they are obviously legit.
  • Fat Burners - This will strip fat off your marvelous physique WHILE you eat lots of calories and bulk up, resulting in a lean, aesthetic physique. Real pro's bulk while they cut.

Well, that's all you really need, everything else is a scam tbh. Wish you the best of luck mate :)

When it comes to creatine some creatine that are out there can be cheap to buy and for other creatine made by other brands like bsn,muscle tech, horleys etc are more expensive. Just go  for a brand that you can afford to buy. The only pre work out that I have used is the curse used it once and thought it was good.

Hey, thanks heaps for that. I'm lucky that I can get supplements for half the price they sell for even some times

cost plus gst. So cheap as. Interesting about adding the fat burner in while bulking.

gyzzbrah doesnt know what hes talking about. supps are gonna do f*ck all. only thing worth buying is protein powder if you struggle to get enough protein from foods or are taking slin and need fast absorbing shit. caffeine pills ok too but un-necessary.

all the other stuff is a massive waste of money even if you are getting it for 50% retail.

doesn't seem like he's after any real advice all he wants is for someone to confirm his be-leaf in supplements which is what gyzzbrah did.

supplements can be beneficial.. So with the right diet and training program what supplements would

you suggest?

I do like blue PWO and intra workout supps because blue.  And you prolly should drink something.
