5/3/1 spreadsheet/template/instructions?

Does anyone have a spreadsheet or template for 5/3/1 I could have?.

been doing 4 and 5 day splits for ages and strength has always been shit, want a template where I can just put in my current numbers or whatever and get like a solid outline of what I should be doing each session rather than going by feel etc which obv isnt working for me

pt's at my gym are muppets and dont really wanna pay lots for a decent one lol
