A couple of questions

I'm not expecting anything amazing but can I get gains working out for about 40 mins on each muscle group a week if done effectively or do I need to put in more time.

Could someone please also send me a link to a creatine that is good and won't break the bank.  There are so many options out there I haven't got a clue which to try.

Yes, but If you only have 40 mins then your better off doing higher frequency 5x5 etc getting your form right and adding weight to the bar each week rather than just one muscle group ie bicep day.

Also I find voting crazyfacial for post of the month more optimal than creatine tbh.
